About GeeQueArt

As a self-taught painter, I mainly work with acrylics on canvas. I create artwork that is reflective of the image of African American people and the creativity we possess. My bright and vivid colors are a representation of that creativity. I believe representation is important, and that is why I depict the subjects in my paintings, as the forefront and never the background. My art is created to make an impact and to allow the audience to immerse themselves in my work.
